Nintendo Wii: Biggest Selling Console
Despite the fact that Nintendo’s console launched a year after the Xbox 360, it has nontheless surpassed the Microsoft console. Last week it was close, but now it’s official: the Wii is the biggest selling console. Does that mean it’s won the war?
Maybe. Maybe not. Microsoft always has a hand to play, and this week, their hand is called Bioshock. I know very few gamers who didn’t rush out to buy that game. I don’t know if that will give Microsoft the push it needs to surpass the Wii’s lead. Either way, I don’t imagine it will pull ahead for very long if it does.
