Marble Mania Trains Surgeons, Wii Games Used For Delicate Motor Control

Surgeons need delicate hands and total control in doing operations. Therefore, training potential surgeons is not easy. One is the cost. The second is that training is not fun. But all these may come to past as Nintendo Wii games such as Kororinpa: Marble Mania from Hudson may be the next tools to train medical newbies into top-notch surgeons.

A new study from Arizona State University and Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center shows that games like Wii’s “Marble Mania” can actually be useful tools in training medical students to become surgeons.
