I now know why exactly the game is censored. I own the wii version and though i really enjoy the game, it just isnt manhunt with the “murder vision” censor. It is brutal, but it’s awesome and it needs to be uncensored. I would rebuy manhunt if they did that.
Man hunt2 is Amazing but it NEEDS to be Uncensored … The killing is the main bit … its gorey but its what makes the game … if u cant take the violence its their problem
But i am also not sure what a kid would think if it see this scenes .. its an endless discussion but in this point i really would recommend a new kind of “copy protection” .. some kind of “enter your ID to play the uncensored version” .. so both can play.
But this wont stop a kid if it really want to play this ..

A little nagging and 9 out of 10 will buy that 18 rated game for their 8 year old and walk straight past the screen without a second glance. Also, the game looks a bit shit anyway, as someone working in the industry the idea that there are actually morons, like the posters in this thread, getting excited about blood rather than gameplay makes me want to give up and live on a deserted island somewhere…
if you ask me this game isnt gory or gruesome enough. the blood isnt even realistic, just some red paint looking stuff, the animations and graphics are equally bad! if my kid wanted to play it id let em.
all you psp owners and i think wii owners can unsencor the game for the psp u need a magic memory stick u can make it or buy it and a pandora battery and a 2 gb memory stick to put the game on for the wii not sure but it can be done

The graphics in that game are laughable…but overall good gore…i can see why it was banned…
just control your kids and let us goreheads play what we wanna play…people can’t control their kids and thats what it all comes down too

Well, it looks like it’s following in the tradition of Manhunt 1 to me. Although it is a bit gorier.
Personally, the whole theme of the Manhunt games (sneaking up on people) isn’t one that I’m particularly into.
