There’s no official word yet as to a possible version of Myst for the Wii, though it looks like it’s being considered.
Manny Granillo, the Executive Producer of the project sat down with gaming site, Cubed, and was asked about a possible Wii version:

Nintendo DS Games Available for Download through Wii

Nintendo DS games will soon be made available for download through the Nintendo Wii, according to Nintendo of America president, Reggie Fils-Aime.
Demos as well as full games will presumably be made available through the Wii Shop though specific details haven’t yet been released.
